2010年我公司生產出第一批壓延陽極板并開始批量生產。并于2010-2014年生產期間，結合用戶實際使用情況，進行過三次大的技術改進。此時，無論是使用壽命或導電性能都已達到很好的效果，并得到用戶的一致認可。對此，我公司并沒有停下技術改進的前進步伐。2015年8月我公司再一次對陽極板的擠壓工藝進行了突破性的改進。這次工藝更新的成功使陽極板的表面更加光滑光亮，內部結構更加致密，耐腐蝕性導電性及強度得到再次提高。僅從陽極板的外表與其他廠家作比較，即能看出其中的差距。
Our factory has manufactured the first batch rolling process anodes board samples in 2010 and tried to continuing the mass production. We have been combing the customers’ feedback to made three major technical improvements during the 2010-2014. Currently, no matter what the lifetime or the conducts electricity, both are achieved the good effects, and get all customers’ unanimous approval. Even though we have made such good achievement, but our factory did not stop the pace of technology improvements. We have conducted breakthrough improvements of the anodes board’s extrusion process in August 2015. This time’s improvements has made the anodes board’ surface looks more smooth and more bright, at the same time the internal structure’ s density are higher than before, the anodes board’s corrosion resistance, conducts electricity and hardness also has been improved again. Compare with other manufactures’ anodes board, customers’ can find the differences from the anodes board’s surface directly, the obvious differences is that our anodes stick’ surface looks more smooth and bright.
